François G. Wayenberg

François Wayenberg is the founder of Ajinomatrix and the architect of its sensory intelligence ecosystem. An economist active in IT since his first working day, he has spent more than 20 years researching olfactory digitization, taste and smell data, and AI-powered sensory software.

After an early career in a major Japanese trading company, he created Ajinomatrix to transform human perception into actionable data for food innovation, product development and higher ecology.

His current work connects MP6Studio, the MP6 sensory data standard, Ajinomatrix BioSphere, Shokuiku-inspired education, AayuSense and ABED logging into a broader platform for sensory intelligence, living systems and AI-assisted product experience.
