Ajinomatrix teams up with MyFood, the French startup producing smart GreenHouses in order to prove scientifically that fruits and veggies grown in the smart hydroponic environment taste better than the equivalent products sold in supermarkets.
The French company has a great approach to sustainability and good practices in food production, as the plans and parameters for the development of the plants in the greenhouses are available on an open-source basis.
