Custom scorecard and fit-gap vs your requirements
PoC design (KPIs, success criteria, timeline, data needs)
Budget & ROI sketch (3–6 month horizon)
Outreach templates (vendor questions & NDA checklist)
Deliverables: 6–8 page deck + 60-min workshop
Turnaround: 7–10 business days
Add-ons (optional):
Vendor/NDA calls (up to 3): +¥50,000 each
Data-room setup + document checklist: +¥100,000
On-site workshop (JP/KR/EU): +¥200,000 (+ travel at cost)
Credit-back: If you later commission an Ajinomatrix PoC within 6 months, we credit 100% of your Scouting fee (up to ¥250,000) against that PoC.
