We’re opening 2026 with an audacious creative challenge: co-create, with Chef Hiro, the most visually captivating sushi ever seen on social media—engineered with Ajinomatrix Sensory-AI.

Chef Hiro needs no introduction to food lovers online. With 2.2 million followers, collaborations ranging from world-class luxury brands to top media, and a uniquely playful rigor, he has turned culinary craft into global entertainment. At Ajinomatrix we share that spirit: in 2025 we wired flavor to physics and matured Ajinoverse 2.0—our stack that blends ingredient science, sensory data, and creative tooling for chefs and brands.
Status: We’re in exploratory discussions with Chef Hiro’s team about a creative sprint and showcase. Timelines and scope will be finalized once schedules align. (Brands and co-sponsors: see the call-to-collab below.)
The Concept: “Sushi That Breaks the Feed”
We will merge culinary artistry with Sensory-AI to design sushi compositions that optimize for:
Look: color harmony, luster, translucency, geometry, negative space, macro/close-up impact.
Feel: bite progression, snap vs. melt, rice cohesion, temperature contrast.
Aroma & finish: volatilization curves and retronasal echoes that match the visual promise.
Viral heuristics: predicted scroll-stop probability and share intent from visual dynamics.
Deliverables we are proposing for the sprint:
Creative lab (Tokyo/Brussels): storyboard, palette, plating grammars.
Prototype series: 6–10 hero pieces filmed in high-speed macro and natural light.
Public challenge: a social rollout with behind-the-scenes “why this looks delicious” explainers.
The Tech Behind the Beauty
CACT (Clustering): narrows the ingredient and garnish search-space to coherent “visual-flavor families” (e.g., jewel translucents, matte botanicals, umami-amber set).
TasteTuner: maps Chef choices to target profiles (brightness, depth, finish) and suggests micro-adjustments (seasoning, curing, rice prep).
RecipeAnalyzer: rapid “what-if” deltas on aroma/texture when swapping fish cuts, vinegars, or botanicals.
Ajinoverse 2.0: a single canvas for recipe steps, sensory targets, and shot lists—ready for content and brand partners.
Outcome we’re aiming for: fewer iterations, stronger wow-factor, and storytelling that teaches audiences why they’re captivated.
Why This Matters (and How Brands Can Join)
For CPG, hospitality, and creators, this is a live proof that taste, texture, and aesthetics can be designed together—ethically and sustainably. We are opening limited co-sponsorship slots for:
Ingredient & garnish partners (premium, sustainable sourcing).
Optics & content tech (macro rigs, lighting, slow-mo).
Platforms & media (amplification, challenge mechanics).
